Introduction

DigiRaffle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DigiRaffle website and web application (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

DigiRaffle is a raffle and basket auction event management tool that allows organizers to digitally display winning ticket numbers so attendees can check results on their phones. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

Organizer Account Information. When you create a DigiRaffle account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and password. If you choose to provide it, we may also collect your organization name and billing address.

Payment Information. When you publish an event ($9.99 per event), payment is processed through Square, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on our servers. Square may collect and store payment credentials such as card number, expiration date, and billing address in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.

Event and Basket Data. When you create events and baskets, we collect the information you provide, including event names, basket names, basket descriptions, basket images, and winning ticket numbers.

Information Collected from Event Attendees

DigiRaffle is designed so that attendees can view winning ticket numbers without creating an account or logging in. When an attendee visits a published event page, we may collect:
